Mattress Sale Fundraiser
Saturday, March 9, 2024 – 10 am – 5:00 pm – East Mecklenburg High School Cafeteria
Come get a better night’s sleep AND support the 8th annual East Mecklenburg High School Band Mattress Fundraiser! We will have great name brands like Simmons Beautyrest mattresses on display at the High School priced up to 50% below retail. This is ONE DAY only, so we need your help to SPREAD THE WORD by inviting all of your friends! Every purchase benefits the Band students.

Corporate Matches
Does your company donate to an organization of your choice based on your volunteer hours? Some do. If you log time (meetings, chaperone time, etc) and reach a certain number of volunteer hours, some companies donate to the charity of your choice, which should be East Mecklenburg Marching Band. Check it out through your Human Resources department and make sure that the East Meck Marching Band is on the list of organizations supported.
Does your company match your donated funds? Check with your HR department to determine and make sure that the East Mecklenburg Marching Band receives matching funds.
Fruit Sale
The fruit sale is traditionally our biggest and most successful fundraiser and takes place in December. $10 of each box sold goes towards the student’s band fees! Fruit is delivered to East Meck early in December for students to pick up and deliver to customers OR fruit can be shipped wherever they would like for a shipping fee.
For a student to get credit for the sale, at check-out, customers select “Which seller would you like to credit for this order?” and select the student from a drop-down menu.
