7:45 AM: Call Time
8-9:30 AM: Rehearsal (Location TBD)
9:30 AM: Pit, Battery, Guard, Tubas, Baritones, and Horns Load Equipment on Truck. Note the quick change between rehearsal and departure. You won’t have time to leave campus and return.
10:15 AM: Uniform Inspection outside of Media Center. Band Picture in Stadium
10:45 AM: Depart East Meck
11:45 AM: Arrive at East Rowan High School.
12:45 PM: Warm Up
1:45 PM: Performance!
2 PM: Load equipment. Enter the stadium to watch other bands. You may have time to visit the concessions.
3 PM: Awards Ceremony - We are in Class 4A. Officers to field for awards ceremony.
East Rowan High School is located at 175 St Lukes Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146. Friends and family may park in the section marked for spectators.
4 PM: Depart East Rowan HS.
5 PM: Arrive at East Meck and Dismiss.
